The WaterRower's patented Water Flywheel has been designed to emulate the exact dynamics as a boat moving through water. Unlike conventional rowing machines, WaterRower spreads the work uniformly over all muscle groups, making it the most efficient aerobic exercise available and is unrivaled in its replication of the real thing.

The resistance is smooth and consistent from start to finish and adjusts to any user. This provides the user with a complete workout with nor jarring and very little impact on the knees and joints.

When using a WaterRower the sound of swishing water is calming and soothing rather than a loud metallic noise.
The resistance is based on you and your current strength level rather than a predetermined setting. It is self regulating so there is no need to stop to change the resistance.

The shape of the ergonomic handle will automatically put your hands in the correct rowing position irrespective of your hand size. This particular feature is not available on any other rowers.

Not positioning a fan or computer directly in front of the user enables the user to obtain a much longer reach ensuring they achieve a full workout rather than just predominately just the legs.

The WaterRower Natural is hand crafted in solid ash wood and highlights a Honey Oak stain finished in Danish oil.
It presents a wooden double rail design with medium duty seat, a handle 38 cm in width and S4 Performance Monitor.
The S4 Monitor is designed to be user-friendly while providing ample advanced functionality. The monitor displays Time, Distance, Speed/Intensity, Stroke Rate and Heart Rate (with optional sensor).It also utilises modern PC connectivity to interface with rowing software.
